Hilton Farmhouse, MARHAMCHURCH
In the countryside, near the North Cornwall coast our 16th century Farmhouse and cottages sleeping 2-11 are set in a beautiful site on the outskirts of a small village. Heated outdoor pool (Easter-end Sept), hot tub, tennis court, games room and play area all on site.
Our Cornish farmhouse dates back to the 16th century. With two living rooms, a dining room, well-equipped kitchen and private garden there is plenty of space for a family celebration or get together with friends. Short breaks (min 2 nights) are available outside the school holidays.

There are 5 comfortable bedrooms (two double, one double with additional single bed, a bunk and a twin), two ensuite shower rooms and a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there are slate floors and beamed ceilings. The large living room has plenty of space and a woodburner for winter evenings. The smaller living room is ideal for a quieter space or somewhere for the kids to play. The kitchen has double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, small table and chairs. The large table in the dining room means there is room for everyone to sit down together. Gas central heating throughout. The pretty front garden has a barbecue and outside seating. There is also a secure garden to the side, opening on the play area by the games room.

There is lots to do on site. We have a large play area for children (including trampoline, football and toddler toys). There is a  games room with table football, small pool table/table tennis, outdoor games and toddler toys. Our heated outdoor pool is open from Easter to the end of September. Our pool is in a secure area with a hot tub (open all year) and sun loungers. We also have an all weather tennis court (basic rackets and balls available to borrow). Or just relax on a bench and take in the beautiful views over the countryside down to the sea.

We are in a quiet rural location but just minutes in the car from the A39, so a good base for exploring North Cornwall and North Devon. We are on the edge of the village of Marhamchurch (pub and small shop), near to the small coastal town of Bude. We are about ten minutes drive (or about an hour's walk) from Bude with its two sandy beaches and from Widemouth Bay, on of the main surfing beaches in the area. There are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants in Bude and Widemouth Bay.
